In the article, "The Wild World of Animals Prostheses" the author Carolyn Sayre used a good amount of pathos. logos, and ethos. She tried to show the reader what it was like for these animals without limbs. A moment the author displayed pathos and ethos was when she was talking about the war veterans and how just like humans everyone should have be able to live a good healthy life. I think there was also a good balance of logos when she threw in stats about how many amputees living in the U.S. Having a little sample of facts mixed in with this type of article is well constructed. That way the reader is actually learning something and can still relate and convey the emotion the writer was giving.
Personally, I believe in the efforts from these animals that need limbs or tails. I think everyone and every thing should live happy and healthy so if there was something to help that that's good. It was sad reading about those animals that didn't have limbs or tails or becks. I just hope in a few years they'll be there in the future soon.
